Recipients and technical service providers
Personal data is intended for Sonia Lévy and, only where necessary, for people or service providers technically involved in dealing with the enquiry or operating the website.
The website is hosted by Hostinger. The contact form uses Fluent Forms, and messages are forwarded to the email account configured for the website. Technical processing may therefore involve the website hosting, WordPress and email service providers.
We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use it for unrelated commercial prospecting independent of your enquiry.
How long do we keep your data?
Information relating to an enquiry that does not lead to a contractual relationship is kept only for as long as necessary to follow up that enquiry and, in any event, for no more than three years from the most recent contact.
Where a contractual relationship is established, certain information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax or evidential obligations.

Contact form
Information entered in the contact form is used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Mandatory fields are limited to the information required to handle the initial contact.

The website contains links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. When you choose to follow one of these links, you access a third-party service whose processing of personal data is also governed by its own privacy policy.
